AICTE Revised Academic Calendar 2021: The All India Council for Technical Education has released Revised Calendar for Academic year 2021-22.

About AICTE

The All India Council for Technical Education is a national-level council for technical education, under the Department of Higher Education in India.

All Engineering and Polytechnic College of Jharkhand affiliated to Jharkhand University of Technology is approved by AICTE.

Note: Before going to check Guidelines/Events for Institutions please note that:

All the AICTE Approved Institutions / Universities are requested to follow AICTE / UGC (University Grants Commission of India) Guidelines on Examinations issued from time to time in view of Pandemic.
The Classes may be started in Online/Offline (Class Room) or Blended mode (Online as well as Offline) following the prescribed protocols / guidelines related to Pandemic.
The Academic Calendar may change subject to conditions existing due to Pandemic and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health/ Ministry of Home/ Ministry of Education from time to time.
Institutions Admitting students without prior approval shall be subjected to punitive action.

All the AICTE approved Technical Institutions in India have to follow these guidelines.

These Guidelines/Events are not applicable for Standalone PGDNI / PGCN Institutions.

Last Date for Completion of First Round of Counselling / Admission for Allotment of Seats 30th September,2021
Last Date for Commencement of Classes for Existinq Students of Technical Courses 1st October, 2021
Last Date for Completion of Second Round of Counselling / Admission for Allotment of Seats 10th October, 2021

Last Date for Cancellation of Seats for Technical Courses with FULL Fee Refund 15th October,2021
Last Date up to which First Year Students can be Admitted Against Vacancies 20th October, 2021
Last Date for Commencement of Classes for First Year Students of Technical Courses 25th October,2027

Last Date for Lateral Entry Admission to Second Year Courses for Newly Admitted Students 30th October, 2021

Last Date for Grant of Approval to Standalone PGDM / PGCM Institutions 15th July 2021
Standalone Technical Institutions conducting PGDM / PGCM Courses shall NOT initiated the admission before 1st April,202l

Last date of commencement of Classes for Existing &New Students in Standalone PGDM / PGCM Institutions 2nd August, 2021*
Last Date for Cancellation of Admission for Courses in PGDM /PGCM Institutions including FULL Fee Refund 6th August,2021*
Last Date for Admission to courses in PGDM / PGCM Institutions 11th August. 2021*

* In line with IIMs & UG Degree final year exam dates.

Last Date for Grant of Approval to Institutions Offering ODL/Online Course(s) 15th July 2021

Last Date for Admission to Courses in Open and Distance Learning / As per UGC Policy Online Leamins Mode (First Session) 10th September, 2021
Last Date for Admission to Courses in Open and Distance Learning / Online Learnine Mode (Second Session) 1st February, 2022
