Job Roles & Responsibilities
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, selected candidates will:
- Technical Operations: Assist in various technical operations across production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Process Optimization: Support process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to understand the lifecycle of industrial projects.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as safety, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to help in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Learning & Development: Engage in structured training programs to learn industry standards, advanced technologies, and best practices.
Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
As a Diploma Engineer Trainee, selected candidates will:
- Support to Senior Engineers: Assist senior engineers in day-to-day activities related to plant operations and maintenance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
- Quality Checks: Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot basic operational issues in the machinery and production process.
- Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- On-the-Job Training: Participate in on-the-job training sessions to build skills and understanding of core operational areas.

Job Location
The primary job location for both the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) positions is JSW Steel Ltd., Dolvi Works, located in Raigad District, Maharashtra. However, selected candidates may be assigned to any JSW Group location across India based on the organization’s needs.
