AMNS India Diploma Engineer Trainee
The AMNS India Diploma Engineer Trainee program is a four-year intensive training program that aims to develop young and talented diploma engineers into competent and confident professionals who can contribute to the growth and excellence of AMNS India.
The program offers a comprehensive learning experience that covers technical, behavioural, and functional aspects of the steelmaking process.
The trainees will also get exposure to various departments and functions within the plant, such as raw material handling, iron making, steel making, hot rolling, cold rolling, coating, power plant, utilities, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, environment, and logistics.

The AMNS India Diploma Engineer Trainee program is open to candidates who have completed a three-year diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, instrumentation, or chemical) from a recognized institute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
The candidates should also have good communication skills in English and Hindi, and basic computer proficiency.
The candidates should not be more than 22 years of age as of 1st January 2024.
