AMNS India Diploma Engineer Trainee

The AMNS India Diploma Engineer Trainee program is a four-year intensive training program that aims to develop young and talented diploma engineers into competent and confident professionals who can contribute to AMNS India’s growth and excellence.

The program offers a comprehensive learning experience covering the technical, behavioural, and functional aspects of the steelmaking process.

The trainees will also get exposure to various departments and functions within the plant, such as raw material handling, iron making, steel making, hot rolling, cold rolling, coating, power plant, utilities, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, environment, and logistics.

The AMNS India Diploma Engineer Trainee program is open to candidates with a three-year diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, instrumentation, or chemical) from a recognized institute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

DET Salary in AMNS India

Training Period Stipend:

• 1st Year: ₹21,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹25,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹30,000 per month
• 4th Year: ₹35,000 per month
