- MLB – TE (0-3 years): SMT Testing, AP/RF PCB Testing, Problem & Failure Analysis skills, Experience in Continuous Improvement Projects, Strong Knowledge in Failure & Circuit level analysis, Experience in NPI activities, Knowledge in CP & CPK, Knowledge in GRR.
- MLB – ME (0-8 years): Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering in SMT / UF / Backend Process Knowledge, Skill in SMT / UF Issue Analysis, Skill in solution finding and tracking, Skill in IPC Standard / Certification, Skill in SOP Preparation and Modification, Skilled in Reflow profile Tuning and Troubleshooting.
- MLB – NPI/OPM (3-6 years): Operation Program Management / Capex Management, Assist customers to implement new products, Act as Communication window, Customers Satisfaction, Driving Internal CFT (Cross Functional Team), Good factory operations & Technical Knowledge, Knowledge about SMT Process.
- MLB – FAE/FMEA (0-6 years): SMT – Failure Analysis Engineering, Failure Analysis & Testing, Troubleshooting the failure PCBA, SMT Components & Process Knowledge, Good Knowledge in FA Equipment Handling.
- MLB – MFG (0-3 years): SMT Production/Process knowledge, Manpower Handling & People Management, SAP Knowledge & Inventory / Kitting Management.
- MLB – EE (0-12 years): SMT Equipment Engineering (EE), MLB / SMT, UF, Equipment’s Troubleshooting & Management, Equipment’s Troubleshooting & Calibration, MTTR, Down Time, Tossing and Scrap Management, Automation Modelling and Design Analyze, Preventive Maintenance management, Machines Handling, PLC, Servo motor, Automation, Equipment Servo & Stepper Motor Drive Repair functions, Recover the Machine Down – Pneumatic controllers, all kind of sensors.
