- Field Service & Maintenance: Perform preventive and remedial services on imaging equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Handle complex system-level issues and ensure smooth functioning of equipment.
- Documentation: Complete administrative tasks, Field Modification Instructions (FMIs), and Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) documentation.
- Customer Support: Build strong customer relationships, exchange technical information, and resolve issues using established procedures.
