Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex problems in Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment at a system level.
- Field Service: Perform maintenance and service activities on customer sites.
- Manage Preventive Maintenance services and Field Modification Instructions.
- Administration: Ensure all related paperwork is completed on time.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve issues outside defined parameters.
- Build strong customer relationships by serving as a technical interface.
