- Apprentice: For the first 12 months, you will work as an apprentice and learn the basics of network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. You will also get a stipend of Rs. 12,000 CTC per month.
- N-DET: After 12 months, based on your performance and evaluation, you will be promoted to an N-DET. You will be responsible for managing and operating the network infrastructure of Reliance JIO. You will also get a salary of Rs. 25,000 CTC per month.
- FE (Field Engineer): After 1 year as an N-DET, based on your performance, you will be promoted to an FE. You will be involved in more complex and challenging network projects and operations. You will also get a salary of Rs. 30,000 CTC per month.
📚 Educational Benefits
- 🎓 After joining as Field Engineer, eligibility for WILP B.Tech program from institutes like BITS Pilani/MIT
- 💰 Program cost will be borne by the company
