As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks under the guidance of our experienced supervisors.
You will be expected to complete all the tasks assigned to you and assist wherever possible. You will also have to attend meetings and workshops, and submit reports and presentations on your progress and learning outcomes.
During your apprenticeship, you will be evaluated on your performance, skills, and competencies. You will have to demonstrate good communication skills, ability to work in a team, ability to maintain composure under pressure, and willingness to learn.
You will also have to observe health and safety guidelines at all times, and maintain good health. You should also have basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Presentation.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the traineeship program, you should have a diploma in metallurgy from a recognized institution. You should also have a minimum of 60% marks in your academics if you are a 2024 batch candidate, or 50% marks if you are an alumni student. The age limit for 2024 batch candidates is 23 years as on 1st April 2024, while there is no age limit for 2022, 2021, and 2020 batch candidates. You should also have no current backlogs.
- Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering

Salary
The CTC for freshers is 3.2 LPA, while for experienced candidates it is negotiable. There is no bond requirement for the traineeship program.
