The selection process for the JSW Steel DET program consists of three stages:

After the training period, you will be confirmed as a Junior Engineer and receive a revised salary package. The old salary structure was 3.5 lakhs per annum (CTC), while the new salary structure is 3.7 lakhs per annum (CTC).

Accommodation and Facilities

As a JSW Steel DET, you will also enjoy accommodation and facilities provided by the company. You will be allotted a shared room in a hostel or guest house near the plant location. The accommodation will have basic amenities such as a bed, a cupboard, a fridge, a TV, a fan, a water purifier and an induction cooktop. You will also have access to a bus service that will transport you from your accommodation to the plant and back.
