Network Diploma Engineer Trainee (N-DET)

The N-DET program is a unique initiative by Reliance JIO to train and employ diploma holders in the field of network engineering. The program consists of three stages:

  • Apprentice: For the first 06 months, you will work as an apprentice and learn the basics of network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. You will also get a stipend of Rs. 12,000 CTC per month.
  • N-DET: After 06 months, based on your performance and evaluation, you will be promoted to an N-DET. You will be responsible for managing and operating the network infrastructure of Reliance JIO. You will also get a salary of Rs. 25,000 CTC per month.
  • FE (Field Engineer): After 01 year as an N-DET, based on your performance, you will be promoted to an FE. You will be involved in more complex and challenging network projects and operations. You will also get a salary of Rs. 30,000 CTC per month.

Eligibility

To apply for the N-DET program, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electrical & Electronics (2022/2023 pass-out batch)
  • No Active Backlogs

Job Location

The N-DET program is available in various locations across India. Some of the current job locations are:

PunjabPhulmandi, Jalabad, Mansa, Samana, Jagraon, & Phagwara
MaharashtraParbhani, Shirdi, Tarapur, Malegaon, Anjangaon, Parli, Marmagao, Achalpur, Gondla, Kamptee, Chopda, Khopoli, Solapur
