Points to be consider before buying Laptops:

Should we prefer SSD?

We should always prefer a laptop with SSD. SSDs are 10X faster than mechanical and HDD hard drives and are highly recommended these days. SSDs usually have a longer life as compared with mechanical drives.

Which generation Processor is best?

Processor process the data on a laptop. Better the processor better the performance will be by it. New & Higher-Generation Processors are usually better in terms of performance and pricing in laptops for college students. For multitasking, laptops required more threads and cores. Don’t prefer laptops which have processors below 9th generation unless you get them at a highly discount price as compared with 10th, 11th generation laptops for students

How to get a better Discount?

Flipkart’s Big Billion Days Sale and Amazon’s Great Indian Festival Sale offer great discounts on laptops for students. You can check the price history of any product on https://pricehistory.in/.

How much Ram is sufficient?

RAM is responsible for storing the programs and files temporarily in the volatile memory of the laptops. The higher and faster the RAM, the better the multitasking performance will be. For an average user, I will suggest 8 GB of RAM for Laptops.

Do you need a Graphics Card?

If you are interested in video editing or gaming or you use graphics-intensive software like Adobe Premiere Pro/After-Effects, or you want to do gaming, you will need a good graphics card. Otherwise, graphic cards will not change or affect your experience on your laptop.
